ABOUT THE IMAGE: “Color of Water” is an underwater photograph of rainbow trout in a Montana mountain lake.

The color of water, when seen from underwater, is so interesting. Sometimes it is this beautiful color green. Sometimes, it is more aquamarine.  Light has much to do with it, as does the time of year.
