Day 348 - Notch and Saffron

Notch, a rainbow trout with a notched tail, and her cutthroat friend, Saffron, swim by the rootball of a submerged cottonwood tree while a young cutthroat in the upper right eyes the camera.

They spent many lazy winter days by the rootball before the river changed course, changing their lives forever.
