Day 192 – 356 Days of Trout

Day 192 - Frog Water Brown

While hoping to capture images of sculpin, I set up in some shallow frog water hoping to photograph the elusive creek dweller.

I've caught sculpin on camera before; they like silty, weedy water where they can hide easily.

Instead, I caught this small brown trout. Perhaps he was hoping to catch a sculpin too!
