Day 182 – 356 Days of Trout

Day 182 - Brown Down Under
Log jams are common in western rivers.
Big spring run-offs sweep trees and deadfall from the banks and then pile them up in corners, shallow spots, and dry channels.
Trout make these wood piles home, providing sanctuary from eagles, osprey, and anglers.
