This brown trout lives in a beautiful, meandering creek with clear water.

That is until cattle tromp through upstream.

I've always understood the value of accessible water for cattle and never paid too much attention to the effects on trout.

But after seeing this, I wonder how it will affect the viability of freshly laid trout eggs.
